Step 1: How to open a Lesotho PayPal in Nigeria
Register & Verify a Lesotho PayPal account

You can visit the web address with your Nigerian computer. You do not need a VPN or Hyonix VPS for this.

Signup For a Business Account
Note: It is important you choose a business account because you will be using your Nigerian CAC document and your international passport to lift your limit in the future. But if you do not have a CAC document and you are not planning to get one in the future, you can signup for a personal account but you would need to provide a valid utility bill document in Lesotho plus your Nigerian passport. The latter is quite uneasy that is why I recommend the first option.

Input Your Email

Once you have completed the signup process, you will now have to lift your initial limit on your account with a UBA Africard.
To obtain this card, you would need to visit any UBA branch close to you.
Ask the customer rep for a UBA prepaid card, and they will tell you what to do to obtain it.
As at the time of updating this post (May 29, 2021) you can obtain this card with just the basic KYC details, and you can get this even if you do not own a bank account with UBA.
I would recommend you get an account with UBA also.
This is because you would need the app to safely and easily transfer your funds from the prepaid card to your bank account, except you want to use another person’s card

How to use the UBA Africard for PayPal Withdrawal
To use the UBA Africard for PayPal withdrawal, you would need to add the card to your PayPal account.
Once you have funds in your account, you should click on the withdrawal button as seen in the picture
Every withdrawal request from PayPal to your card follows a $5 fixed fee regardless of the transaction amount.
The UBA Africard is Naira denominated card and not a USD card. But it’s what you will use to withdraw your PayPal funds from your Lesotho PayPal account directly to your Nigerian bank account at 360 Naira per USD.
